Flooring is new, waterproof and scratch resistant. It has a walk-in shower that could be good for a person in a wheelchair. Has a great little gas fireplace in the living room and built in shelves to put your books and things. There is a small little refrigerator, but you can also use the large freezer in the garage. The kitchen is a little kitchenette. It does not have a stove, but you can use a convection oven or air fryer just fine. That will be provided for you. ALL Utilities are included. That includes cable TV with streaming services. Washer and dryer in the unit. Dogs and cats welcome. Pros: West Linn is the safest city in Oregon. It's surrounded by trees and wildlife with a seasonal creek that runs through during the rainy season. Dogs and kitties are more than welcome. It is accessible to a person in a wheelchair. There is a ramp that leads into the bedroom but it can be removed. Cons: It is the downstairs to a home so there will be some noise. Although it is a daylight basement, it is considered a shared living space technically with a private entrance. Would love to have a person who enjoys gardening. There's lots of property and a large greenhouse you could use. It really is too small for more than two people so please keep that in mind. I would also entertain this space as an assisted living situation for an extra fee. That would include grocery shopping, light house, cleaning, laundry, food prep, doctors visits, etc. I'm open to ideas and working with you.
