We are thrilled to announce the rental of our first home, located in an amazing neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The main level features two full bedrooms, 1 full bath and a versatile sunroom that can be used as a bedroom, office or playroom. The basement is expansive, offering an additional room and a half bath. The rental also includes two refrigerators and a washer and dryer for your convenience. We are looking for a renter who plans to stay for at least one year. A reference, credit check, and background check will be required prior to renting.
