Credit score of 600 or higher needed to qualify. Non-refundable application fee is $100 per each adult. Security deposit is at least 1 full month rent but this can increase based on credit and or legal status. Non-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per residence. Previous evictions or debt to previous Landlords are grounds for immediate cancellation of application. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water. Section 8 vouchers are not accepted.
