Our 6th floor unit enjoys excellent natural light throughout the day and stunning views both day & night - northwest exposure and a direct view of the Williamsburg Bridge, Empire State Building, and One World Trade. This is a corner unit, so windows wrap around in both bedrooms.
The primary bedroom fits a king bed easily, with a large double-door closet and plenty of space for free-standing furniture. The second bedroom (or office) comfortably fits a desk and a twin with a trundle or pull out day bed (as pictured).
Bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2021, with a deep soaking tub, a Bertazonni range/oven, and a super spacious double door refrigerator.
The Co-ops are zoned for PS20, a quick 2.5 block walk to the G at Clinton Washington, and a nice stroll across the park to the BDNQRW at Dekalb Ave. We are absolutely spoiled for restaurants within a 5 minute stroll - Roman's, Colonia Verde, Sailor, to name a few. 7 minute walk to dreamy Fort Greene Park - so close that we never miss a day! Our downstairs bodega is Mr. Coco, part of the best bodega chain in Brooklyn (IYKYK). Super handy Ace Hardware and plastic-free home goods store within a block.
