The full bathroom has a shower (no tub) and large linen cabinet. Tenants are offered one driveway parking spot and use of a dedicated backyard seating area. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking tobacco or vaping is permitted outside; please use provided ashtrays. Smoking or vaping marijuana products is not permitted anywhere on the property. Maximum of two tenants. Twelve-month lease with option to renew. Background check and proof of income required.
