A beautiful home in a welcoming community is 4 minutes from HEB, 6 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes from Elementary School, and 5 minutes from Downtown Elgin, TX. The community features a park and pool, and the area is very quiet. 3-year lease If there is damage to the wall from any impact, they will have to cover it if they make a large, visible hole. The house will be provided pest-free; if the tenant starts with an infestation, they will have to pay for extermination. Rent will be paid on the 1st of each month. We can give 5 days for payment.
