Regarding the 185 west street property, So the entire house will soon be available for rent with the fully remodeled basement. It is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bath, large porch and backyard. For now the top two floor are available for 2500$ per month (4 beds, 3 baths). Once the basement is finished, hopefully in around a month, the basement will become available. At this point the whole house will be 4,000$, or if you want to keep just the top floors, I would get a roommate for the basement who would have to go upstairs for laundry and possibly some cooking. Also, the largest master bedroom is not yet available for viewing, but most of the rest of the house is. If you are interested in just the basement for 1500$ this is also an option.
