A corner unit on the 11th floor with tall windows that run along the entire width of the apartment facing west, this apartment gets a lot of sun and has a beautiful unobstructed view. From the "bedroom" area you can even see part of the downtown skyline. With a rough square footage of 575 sq ft and a wall full of closet space to help hide your bedroom furniture, this apartment can fit a lot! With 2 large sets of closets as well at the entry way, a narrow linen closet, and a large storage unit in the basement included in your rent, this apartment is full of storage space! Laminate wood floors throughout the apartment, tile in the bathroom. Kitchen: Lots of storage between cabinets and tall double door pantry. Electric stove. Microwave included. Bathroom: Vanity in the mirror, tub/shower combination. Building amenities: 24 hour doorman, mail room so your packages are safe, laundry room that accepts card (so no coins needed!), large outdoor pool (that was open this past summer during COVID) with grilling area, rentable party room. For an additional yearly fee, there is a small fitness room and bike rack in the garage. Benefits: Located in a great area for public transportation: steps away from the 22 and 36 buses, a quick 3 minute walk to Stockton where the 151 and 146 run and a 12 minute walk to the Segwick or Armitage Brown lines. The Lincoln Park Zoo and Lake are within 10-15 minutes of walking. Paid parking on Clark, free parking there on Sundays. Property Manager can provide more information about parking space in building's garage (I did not rent it so I don't have much information on it). There is a property manager, Fulton Grace that represents the apartment and will be your contact while living there so you don't have to deal directly with the landlord. They've been great, always responsive when I need help. There is also maintenance onsite if anything routine is needed. There is a $65 application and the apartment is available now for move in as either a 12 month or 15 month lease. Please reach out if interested and I will provide the Fulton Grace contact information to submit an application. Rent is $1,425 and that includes cable, internet, AC, heat, water. Only utility tenant is responsible for is electric. I paid roughly $30-40 a month for electric. Garage parking may be available (I did not rent a garage spot so I'm not sure how that works). Otherwise there is paid street parking on Clark Street that's free from 10pm-8am and free all day on Sundays. No dogs, cats may be possible. Property Manager to confirm. There is a $65 application and the apartment is available now for move in as either a 12 month or 15 month lease.
