    This property is located in Clearwater, Florida, off Sunset Point Road near Alt. 19. It is an older neighborhood with quaint narrow streets, large Live Oak trees and bridges over Stevenson Creek dated 1926. The lot is 1 block to Stevenson Creek, 2 blocks to water access to Stevenson Bay and 2 blocks from the Pinellas Hike and Bike Trail. Downtown Clearwater is 2 mi south and Clearwater Beach is 3.5 mi away, over the causeway bridge and is one of Florida's finest beaches. The official description is: Lot 7, Block D, Sunset Point 1st Addition, Pinellas County, FL. It is 50' x 133'. When I purchased it a year ago and it had a house on it. The house was built in 1926 but had extensive termite damage and had to be demolished. A large Hickory tree was removed as it was a danger to the building site. When the City arborist came to the property he informed me that a large Silk Oak tree was diseased and it needed to come down too. There is a large Palm Tree at the front of the property. I have had a boundary survey, elevation survey and tree survey completed. This property is not in the flood zone. It is zoned Medium Density Residential. It is cleared and ready to build your Florida Dream Home!
