Furnished or unfurnished, same price. After a 90-day trial, the month to month lease can be changed to one year if agreeable by both parties. I enjoy eating out, delivery and take out and I'm looking for the same in a housemate. If you love to cook- this rental is not for you--the kitchen is really tiny!
