A small shed is also included for extra storage. 2 parking spaces are provided directly in front of your unit. Free wifi is included, but you will be expected to pay one quarter of the electric bill monthly. Average bill is ~$200. Cats are welcome, but I don't want dogs. I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats and I want to maintain a cat friendly environment. I do live alone on site and maintain the property regularly. I offer flexible lease terms. Any time length over 5 months is acceptable.
