Fully furnished, 2,500 square feet home that has loads of art and is moutain-rustic. We have a two car garage, an awesome South-facing porch with outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal grills, in-floor heated bathrooms, and a washer/dryer/subzero. We cook, so the kitchen has most of the gadgets you'd want and then some. We have multiple bikes, snow-shoes, and a ping-pong table. We also have board games, books, and TVs all over the place. No smoking of any kind. No subletting. Utilities I pay for included garbage, water/septic, HOA, plowing, and internet. You pay for electricity, though there's solar that keeps prices down considerably. No more than 6 people can be full-time residents. One dog permitted (pending our meeting him/her) with an increased deposit. There's a great hiking loop that begins just out the back door. No cats allowed. Sorry, but my son is allergic.
