In 31 years the windows have been replaced. We just replaced the roof and gutters for the 2nd time since we purchased. Had insulation put Into the walls. Remodeled all 3 bathrooms, added a dormer. Replace hot water tank and furnace. Replaced all flooring throughout the house. Replaced fence with a new one. The house has been painted throughout interior and exterior has been painted 3 times. Added a shed and a carport along with a ADU of 630 square feet. Had blacktop placed on easement and driveway. We added a wooden deck and a patio of beautiful pavers.
