A utility closet with hookups for laundry and electric clothes dryer but no machines. However there is a laundry room at the complex. Recently replaced the Heating and A/C with brand new energy efficient units. Will be posting new photos ASAP. Complex has pool with jacuzzi, club house, and BBQ area.
