Renter pays water, electric, and splits internet if desired. We are looking for a professional, med student, or grad student to rent our basement. We want a non-smoking, non pet owner, neat person. Our ideal renter would work from an office at least a few days a week so we can have access to the shared laundry. We are a couple, both around 40 with an almost two year old baby.
