It’s been a happy family home for three generations. I love my home. It has been well kept and repairs updated for 50 years. We intend to do some cosmetics like, painting the outside of the house. The water restrictions have hurt our lawns. Our pool has been resurfaced and tiled about 20 years ago. Still in perfect shape. We have solar panels on the house. We have a totally renewed a/c / heating unit about 10 years ago. New wood flooring.
