This home has comfortable living, sleeping & dining for one family of up to 8 (if children are included). The rental is available only to a family for the Ski Season (flexible on ski season term). The entry (on the first floor) has lots of natural light, stone floors and a seating bench to remove snow covered boots. The first floor also houses the private master bedroom/bathroom, one guest bedroom with queen bed, a second full bath, a good-sized family room, two closets, an extra shower and sink (three showers and sinks in total downstairs) and the stacked washer and dryer. The second level houses the great room which features an open-concept design with amazing views of the lake and mountains, dining for 7 to 8 and room for the family to gather in the living room in front of the cozy Jotul fireplace and 65" HDTV. There is one large leather couch, one medium sized leather couch plus leather chaise lounge. The two couches have four recliners built in for luxury and comfort. There is even a small desk type area for those who might need to check and email or two. The remodeled gourmet kitchen has everything a discerning chef desires high-end stainless-steel appliances, a copper-farm sink, kitchen island, acacia hardwood flooring, spacious cabinets, great lighting and views of the water. The second floor also houses the large deck that includes stainless steel BBQ, large Hot Tub and outdoor furniture with fire pit table. The deck has nice mood lighting as well. The comfortable master bedroom provides lots of glass, 6' sliding glass doors, great views of the large back yard, waterways and has an electric fireplace. This room also has a large HDTV and memory foam Eastern King-sized bed. The master bath is brand new and has two sinks, large shower, new toilet with heated bidet seat and heated water. 2 guest rooms (upstairs) include a queen beds with plush quality mattresses. All of the bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with glass, stone floors, and solid surface countertops. The upper floor bathroom also has a heated bidet seat. Pets: Allowed; however, only with pre-approval and pet deposit. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). Please note: We are committed to ensure you have a peaceful, safe & memorable stay with us. We are dedicated to protecting our guests & neighbors from bothersome levels of noise & too many vehicles. This home is equipped with camera on the deck looking to the water and one camera showing the front driveway. We do not permit any video security devices inside our home. Tenant must rent for the minimum ski season of 12-1 to March 31. Longer is acceptable both before December or after March. Stay in November as well and enjoy Lake Tahoe for an extended Thanksgiving holiday. Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, WiFi, driveway snow blowing, typical hot tub maintenance. Tenant pays for separately metered utilities like electricity and gas. Any pets must be per-approved and a separate pet security deposit to be required. Families only with excellent credit. Absolutely no smoking including on the deck.
