We built this home in 2000 with many custom features. It has been a wonderful home. Tile floors in Kit, bfst and baths the balance of the home is hardwood floors, except 2 closets have carpet. Cherry cabinets (42" wall cabinets), granite counter tops, dbl ovens, large walkin pantry. The pantry is built structurally as a storm shelter without showing it. This quiet culdesac street is loaded with many great neighbors/friends which we will miss. The 4th bedroom is built structurally so that a cased opening can easliy be cut in if a dining room is desired. The lawn is myer zosia with irrigation. The rear yard is huge with opening so a garden is in a sunny environment. The backyard is private and the raised brick patio is nice for getting away for reading and such. There is a large natural gas grill. The windows are Pella with low e glazing.
