It has a swamp cooler, washer/dryer, and stove/fridge. The backyard is fenced with automatic sprinklers, and a patio. It has a 2 car garage and a long private driveway with plenty of street parking. No parking permits are required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Yard maintenance by owner. No smoking. No animals. 5 minute drive to U of U .
