The bedrooms are approximately 10x10 and 10x15 with generous 2'x5' and 2'x6' closets, respectively. There are two sets of windows in the smaller bedroom and 3 sets in the larger room. The bathroom is standard sized with a shower, sink, toilet, mirror medicine cabinet combo, hooks, and a nice private window providing a cross breeze. Laundry machine is outside of unit and free to use. The unit is approx.700sqft We prefer tenants interested in an annual lease, however, I may consider shorter leases on a case by case basis. Annual lease is $2300/month for single occupancy. We prefer to have great long-term tenants like us in order to minimize all involved with turnover. Shorter periods are acceptable for an additional cost as follows: 7~12mo +100/mo. 6~9mo +200/mo. *Early termination of annual lease will revert lease to reflect these prices. Utilities are additional averaging 125/mo Utilities Breakdown: *Electric is variable avg: 20-35/mo. (Tenant must coordinate w Hawaiian Electric to turn power on/off). *Water/sewage: 100/mo. Pets: We have never had any pets here, but are willing to consider it. There will be a nominal standard pet fee of 50/mo plus a pet deposit like any local apartment rental. Rent Deposit will be equal to monthly cost. Deposit, first, and last months rent due at lease signing prior to move in. Renter's insurance as required, which is nominal.At about twelve dollars a month.
