Over the last 9 years of owning this house I have had most of the house renovated over time. I had no plans of moving and spent a bit much on getting these improvements done. This is everything I've had done over the years: * New roof - complete tear off and resheeting with 30 yr architectural shingles * New garage door opener * Kitchen painted with new floor. New dishwasher. * All windows replaced * New carpet in living room/dinning room * New furnace & AC unit * Upstairs was an open attic, completely finished. 2 rooms, 1 bedroom & family room (could be a bedroom) * Completely gutted bathroom remodel (very nice tile work) With all the above upgrades I have spent over 30k making this house into my home. Now you will benefit from all the work I've put into this place! The house does need a fresh coat of paint on the inside.
