There are fruit trees on the property, including a mulberry tree, which the owner reserves to harvest in late summer, but the renter can also pick fruit for themselves. Also have figs, asian pears, and currants. There is a shed structure in the back half of the property, behind a fence, which is reserved as a shop space for the owner. Owner provides septic and its maintenance. Renter pays to local provider for all other utilities.
