We own, manage and maintain your apartment, so we care about you and your rental. This is not a new building, but the remodeled space is excellent and our goal is to maintain and improve the property. With this apartment you gain the benefit of the large spacious rooms not usually found in new construction. The kitchen offers an eat in dining area and a pantry, with full sized washer & dryer plus new stainless refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The building still has remodeling to be completed, so you will still have to put up with some painting and updating to be finished in the halls and shared areas. The apartments are a block from campus. The property is non- smoking and sorry - but we do not allow pets. We do require - one year leases, a security deposit and a parental or sponsor guarantee. We are here to serve you - Come and see what we have to offer. A little bit vintage, with a lot of appeal. Well maintained and constant upkeep. We are not a big management company, but own and maintain the property ourselves. We will do our best to make your rental experience with us a priority and to provide you a clean, well maintained apartment. Landlord pays the water & trash and takes care of the lawn and snow removal. There is a $35.00 per month charge for water. The apartment is all electric and is wired for high speed internet.
