The schools are some of the best in Maryland, there's almost no crime, you're within commuting distance of Annapolis, Baltimore, DC, and the surrounding area. The home can be move in ready on October 1st. I would require one months rent as a security deposit and the first months rent in order to move in. I would perform a background check, a credit check, and proof of employment. I am offering a 12 month lease but am willing to work with you on your specific needs (we can do a longer lease term if you want). I am an excellent landlord and I will be nearby anytime there is an issue.
