rent estimate is about $1100. i like to keep rent about 15-20% lower than average for certain reasons. i noticed that the few listings renting for less than this unit are waaay below their zestimates. probably scams. this one is not. unit is in good condition and i want to keep it that way! no flunkies. 1-year lease or possibly shorter/longer. non smokers, credit at least 650, reserve savings of at least $5,000 (or someone willing to back you up) to qualify. skype/zoom interview. referral from previous landlord. tenants and pets need approval by the condo association. owner pays utilities not paid by condo association.
