Only 4 units, and mines in front, right off PB drive, so you walk in from the front, and it feels like a single family home. Has remodeled hardwood floors throughout, and a beautiful remodeled kitchen. It's 2 stories, and the downstairs bedroom has a decent sized back patio off it, where you can grill, relax outside on a couch etc. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own balconies off them, one of which has views of gas-lamp, the master bedroom has views of the bay straight ahead. 1 bathroom on each floor. Can't really tell in the picture, but both bathrooms are very spacious, and both have shower and a full bath tub. Also has central air, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. And it's a Great location. Away from the noise and craziness of Pacific Beach, a 5 minute walk to the bay, 15 minute walk to the ocean, and 4 min drive to the ocean. And if you do want to go out in PB, it's a 4 minute drive or uber. The garage is large enough for 2 cars, if they're small. Otherwise one, but there's parking on the street in front as well. New fridge, water heater, and microwave in the last 3 years. Move in date is the afternoon of July 1st so I can get the place deep cleaned that morning between tenants.
