Owner pays for all utilities including electricity. This is a 6 to 11 month lease extending to a month to month lease after that term. There is a no smoking policy. All renters must be on the lease without long term guests. The laundry is shared with the other tenants from 2 other apartments. Renters will keep the shared areas clean.
