Landlord reserves the right to access the crawl space under the house, will give written notice 24 hours before accessing. Landlord walk through frequency will be assessed at time of lease agreement. No illegal activity. This is a non-smoking house, Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping Hookah etc... No restrictions outside in the back yard. Dogs are allowed, it is Colorado after all.
