This is a mobile home on a 4.75 acres, the under pinning was removed and stone was put in its place, it also helps keep under the house nice and cool. Under the house has been sealed with a moisture barrier. The carpet has been replaced with laminate wood floors to give nice clean lines. There is a new 6ft tile shower in the master bathroom with a garden tub. There was squarefootage added in 2008 by way of a hallway and a third bedroom. We build a storage building on the property.
