This is our family home. We lived here for six years with our two kids. We (my husband and I) are sad to leave our hot tub and entertaining backyard. The kids miss the swimming pool. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, a loft area (which has been our toyroom for years and years) and a very large master suite - plenty of room for your bed, your dresser, you couch, your TV, whatever.. I promise you'll find plenty of space in this master bedroom for whatever you like. The master bath and closet are also spacious, but that's truly an understatement. Separate sinks, large garden tub, large shower.. really, plenty of space and lots of natural light. Carpet in the guest room, family room, stairs, and the entire second floor (minus the bathrooms). You'll enjoy the extended covered patio, the super-fun swimming pool and spa, and the built-in grill and outdoor counters/bar space. We've created so many wonderful memories here. We hope to find tenants who also want to create memories in this home. It's a livable, lovable, comfortable and fun home. No smoking addendum required.
