    What's special

    Mobile/Manufactured 3 bed, 1 full bath, 3/4 baths 0, 1/2 baths 0, 1/4 bath o. Structural problems. Needs a lot of rotting wood replaced. Needs all new sub flores, you can see light through a lot of them, needs updated plumbing and fixtures throughout. Main problem is the rotting flooring thoughout and cabinets rotted throughout the kitchen where large rats are entering home also through the exposed flooring. I think its just particle board under carpet. Carpet is rancid with rat urine and rat fecal matter. Rats are so aggressive they are attacking, biting our dogs fighting for food. Entire shower tile, tub, walls and fixtures need replaced as they are rotted throughout. With all that said, it can be a nice little mobile home with some work. Lot's of sheds on the property but don't know if their up to code. A working hot house. Beautiful fenced in big yard. Not sure about the outside plumbing. It works 99 percent of the time and once a week we'll have to fix it to get the water flowing in the home, it's a quick fix but not sure what. I'm being honest as I can because we do want to sell and know the value also the rent value. Thank you. Nelda 321-614-4308
