You can walk to Costco, Walmart and Starbucks. It's within walking distance to Knob Hill School. This home would be excellent for a young family with kids. I prefer no dogs but a small dog is fine. The backyard is big enough for BBQ's and having friends over. I love this home just can't live in it right now. You will love it too. Owner covers HOA dues. The only other bill you'll have is your gas and electric. Water and trash are covered in HOA bill. First and last months rent. Plus a $400 non - refundable cleaning deposit. Total move in costs = $8000.
