Guests are encouraged to treat the home as their own and be respectful of the rules, neighbors, and local community. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, large gatherings, weddings, smoking, or vaping are allowed in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any smoking-related waste is found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Candles or incense should not be burned in the home, and fireworks are prohibited on the premises. All main entry doors should be locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
