The spacious bedroom will be available starting March 1 (or March 15) for a 4 month sublease with the option to renew the lease come July 1. It's a very simple process to renew the lease. I moved in to the apartment in May and renewed my lease come July without any issues. My two female roommates are both working professionals in their mid-twenties. We are looking for a female roommate to join them in this great apartment with exposed brick, fireplace, large living room and rooftop deck.
