The setting is ideal because it is the only cottage in the association that overlooks both parts of Lake View. You will be buying the Florida Cottage plus 1/9th of the shared property, buildings, amenities and acreage. The normal rental season in this managed resort property is nearly filled for the 2017 season. Cottage price includes a 12 foot, Sea Nymph Aluminium Boat and all furnishings. The other owners of Paradise Hollow must be informed of an acceptable offer and have the right to buy this property within 10 days of notification. Purchaser must agree to the association by-laws and covenants to purchase this property.
