A master suite on the first floor in a private home, newly renovated with a full bathroom with two sinks vanity, walk-in closet, with laminated flooring and queen bedroom set and TV with high speed internet right in the room. You will get full access to common areas, including kitchen, dining room, living room, heated pool with outdoor shower and toilet. Utilities will be included. Month to month lease with a minimum of one month and maximum of a year lease. All utilities are paid for. It will be one month rent for security deposit. Anything missing or broken will be taken out of the security deposit by the cost of replacement or repair as well as time spent by the owner to take care of the matter. No smoking or pets allowed. As I have my son living here, guests are not allowed overnight or for a visit. We do have two cats and a dog, so please don't apply if you are allergic to cats or dogs. My dog is 9 1/2 years old. She will bark at first, but she will get used to you and quiet down. She does not bite. Keep your space clean and we'll do the same in the common areas. Cleaning of your space will be taken out of the security deposit after you leave.
