Located in a natural mountain environment where wildlife, including bears, may be seen, the cabin is in a private setting with easy access to area attractions such as Dolly Parton's Stampede (3.8 miles), The Old Mill Restaurant (3.9 miles), and Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Mall (5.1 miles). The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Adult renters must be over the age of 25, and guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or adults over 25 who make up the majority of the party. Any extra people brought to the cabin will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour rounded up every 30 minutes. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, or other substances inside is a $500 fee.
