Central, walk to what you need or drive/bike/scooter to those places just outside of distance while avoiding the freeway and traffic getting there (you're already probably almost there). - Walk to the Friday Fireworks in Waikiki, Magic Island and go Swimming or Ala Moana Shopping Center - Very quiet, amazing feels like a peaceful and quiet place in a very central and otherwise burgeoning metropolitan area. We love this property but have multiple pets and have moved to a single-family home. We require a qualified tenant with good credit, reference, and work to begin tenancy on October 1st. We will need a security deposit, first-month rent, and lease agreement of 1 year. It is negotiable for a lease of less than 1 year. The building is pet friendly for one pet up to 20 lbs.
