Note that bathroom comes with an over-the-toilet vanity to give you even more storage space in the bathroom. Very very useful. There is also a pantry in the dining room and utility closet in the hallway. Kitchen has brand new refrigerator, new granite countertops and new pull down faucet with large sink. There is a powerful 14,000 BTU air conditioner and gas wall heater. Closet doors are available upon request - all our tenants so far have requested the closet doors to remain stored away. There is a wooden entryway to allow opportunity to take off shoes. Unit also has outside lockable storage box for extra items. 1 car dedicated parking spot in carport. There is an opportunity for a parking space for a 2nd car. Walnut Creek BART: walk 60 yards, cross street, cross street and you are there. Compare to La Vaya at $4000+ for a 2 bedroom and only 40 yards closer. Driving: 4 blocks to 680 South and 24 West; 2 blocks to Ygnacio Valley; 5 blocks to 680 North. If you commute to work but do not want to pay a mortgage payment for rent you want to live here. Walk 1 block and there is Target (with grocery section) and a free bus to Downtown Walnut Creek. 3 blocks to Lesher Center downtown Walnut Creek and weekend Farmers Market. Building has laundry room and barbeque. Building pays for water and trash, unlike so many of the new buildings around us. You just pay for your PG&E.
