NOTE: Because of the KOI POND - we cannot rent to families with toddlers as this pond does NOT have a fence around it. It is roughly 3.5 feet deep in the lowest part and a small child could drown if left unintentionally. NOTE: We are looking for a one year lease, but would be open to six month lease as well.
