This is a lovely one bedroom located in a carriage house on the same block as Champs Diner. It can come either furnished or unfurnished. The landlord (who's an awesome karaoke DJ) is super awesome helpful -- an (unfortunately) rare find. The apartment features a bedroom large enough for a queen sized bed, and a living room/kitchen combo. The location in the carriage house gives the apartment cool a tiny house feel. The windows are huge so it's nice and bright. The unit opens into a shared courtyard for tenants, but there's only three units in total so you barely have to share.
