It's the first stop from NYC. This makes a commute to NYC or brooklyn in 45 minutes to a hour. Newark Pennn Station is 15 minutes away, and there is a bus that will take you to Port Authority in NYC from Weequahic Park in two stops. You will be there in 30 minutes. The Park is also a great place to bring your family for jogging, soccer, golf, and a children area for the kids. -All the major grocery stores, malls, entertainment, laundromats is all within 15-20 minutes. -There is a bodaga, dollar store, liquor, food truck, and dunkin donuts is right across the street. With uber, food from every culture is a few clicks away. Great restaurants is also a jump, and hop away. House Rules - This is a quiet house, with no rodents. The landlord keeps the house and around the house spotless. Heat and enough electrical oulets for AC is provided. If any issues comes up, it is addressed and fix asap. We put our heart and soul into this building. Durning the warm months, pest control comes to the house to maintain the outside and will as each apartments to maintain the health. Newark has gotten a bad rep in the past, but I guarantee no building is better kept in this entire area. This is an amazing block, and a well kept building. Owners pay for water, Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed, and no pets. No access to the backyard.
