Rent is $1050 a month after utilities. In terms of layout -- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms; we have ~1900sq. foot apartment. There is a balcony. Also, washing machine/ dryer is in the unit. There is free street parking and if you need transportation, zip cars are on site, as well as a Divvy stand directly in front of the building. The common areas are furnished, the bedroom is not.
