Rent is $2900 per month, which includes water & sewer (via well & septic). The remaining utilities (electricity, Ziply internet, and garbage) are currently running at $244/month. Each adult must pass a credit/background check (application fee is $53 per adult, paid to the screening company). First month rent and $2900 security deposit due before move-in. Pets are negotiable with $300 refundable pet deposit. Grounds are maintained by the owners. No smoking nor vaping in or on the premises. 12-month lease. Available now.
