Fountain Valley home in need of LOTS of love. I repeat, LOTS of love! Bring your imagination, paint brush & hammer! Needs cosmetic work but can be a beauty. Some things things do not work ie: oven, two burners on the stove, roof has leaked in the past. Pool and Spa have green water--not sure of their worthiness. REMEMBER: needs work. I repeat--needs work!!! Fantastic neighborhood and award winning schools. Just a short drive to shopping and the beach. Easy access to fwy. ******Don't let this fantastic deal get away!!
