Also not allowed: ~ Smoking or drugs (including marijuana!) ~ Bringing people to stay overnight ~ Blasting music at disturbing volumes ~ Being loud at night when other people need to sleep Requires a deposit of $1100. Need to check SSN & credit (need score of at least 760). Need to see W2 forms from past 2 years and paycheck stubs from last 2 weeks. Prefer students. If you are an international student, need to see student ID, passport, and Class F-1 form. Need to lease for at least 1 year. Must meet IN PERSON before signing or accepting any deposit. Homeowner is NOT responsible for helping you move in. Any extraneous requests will NOT be considered.
