I have refurbished most of my unit with new laminate flooring in the living room, hall way, and three bedrooms. New vanity, mirror, toilet and shower door in master bedroom and new sink and plumbing fixtures in main bathroom. Master bedroom has a walk in closet. All bed rooms have lighted ceiling fans. Fresh paint throughout the unit. This unit has a patio with a retractable sun shade and closet. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with upper window for added light, gives a very roomy fill. This unit is in very good location on a quiet street next to the river bed and next to grocery stores, schools, restaurants and theaters.There is a gated pool and jacuzzi and side by side covered parking. I do not live on sight. This place is economical because the water, gas and trash is covered, you just have the electricity and the hot water and stove are gas. The keyed laundry room is very close about 60' away. I pay the HOAs. There is a typical HOAs rule book that must be followed and I will have some typical does and don'ts for the unit it self. Will also need to have rental insurance.
