Close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. 20 minutes from ski resorts.. The room has two large windows and ceiling fan. Freshly painted walls. The room is unfurnished but the home is fully furnished. Shared bathroom with one person. He is very clean. I stay in the basement room and I'm rarely upstairs. The other tenant is often not home and when he is home, he's in his room. Nice guy. I'm looking for a male tenant who is clean, responsible, and respectful. Young professional or grad student preferred. This is a clean home, not a party house. The room is available April 12. 6 to 12 month lease. Deposit and first months rent due at signing. Fully refundable deposit as long as the room is in the same shape upon departure. I'm open to month to month after the initial lease. No pets, no smoking. For a quick response, text is best.
