The house was badly damaged by hurricane Irma. It is in pretty bad shape. It was a beautiful old home but when lightning struck the old hickory tree the balcony and the porch were destroyed. The elevated foundation blocks shifted and the house is tilting. It is a great fixer upper for someone with time and money to spend on it. The house has termites, bad plumbing, bad electrical and extensive wood rot. Porch and balcony have rotted off. Shed is rotted . Batts have found their way to nest in the chimney. The house is a tear down. Nothing is salvagable.
