Currently being renovated townhome located on the second tee of a Robert Trent Jones Jr. Mountain Golf Course. Our home has not just been updated but transformed to take advantage of every view available using the highest quality windows. Each room has been decorated with a modern mountain essence that exudes quality and comfort. Each area has been thoughtfully designed to create alone time space as well as generous seating for gathering. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the mountain with real residents of Steamboat. Our neighbors are retired and we enjoy the camaraderie of simple quiet but active living. Our home is designed for a retired couple wanting to spend the summer months or winter months in a high end attention to detail space with all of the amenities and luxuries of home. Our contract entails a contract for a maximum of two people that would have grown children or friends joining them for different periods of time that extend no longer than 5 days per visit. We only allow one car on the property and must be parked inside the garage during the winter. We do not allow any trailers, campers, or extra motorized vehicles. During the summer months for a 3 month rental we will transfer our membership to the Rolling Stone Golf Course upon request for a fee of $700 A signed contract and deposit of $20,000 is required to secure reservation. Owner pays for all utilites and costs associated with property including a once a week cleaning. Tennant is responsible for any professional cleaning fees do to damaged rugs, furniture and or bedding. Damage deposit will be used for any repairs or replacement do to misuse. There are no shoes or ski boots allowed upstairs in the living areas. There is no smoking anywhere on the property inside or out at any time. Parking in the garage is mandatory during the winter. There is no temporary parking at any time in front of the neighbors garage. There are no parties allowed. No guests for more than 5 days at a time. No firearms or illegal drugs on property
